There is an easy registration system in use, where you can make changes to your registration even afterwards. In addition, you have many payment methods, including various Finnish exercise benefits.

Register for the event
When registering for Vuokatti Hiihto, you can choose two paths. You can register for the event directly without a Euroloppet passport or purchase your Euroloppet pass and sign up by taking advantage of the benefits of the passport both in Vuokatti Hiihto and in other great international skiing events in the Euroloppet series.
Challenge your friends
Vuokatti Hiihto - the best with a group
Vuokatti Hiihto is best enjoyed with a group or a good friend. A little excitment from the night before in preparation for the day ahead, the event itself, endorphin steaming aftergames, a relaxing spa, dinner and the legendary ski dances of Naapurinvaara. It’s been a good ski weekend with a friend.

The earlier you register, the more you save
Vuokatti Hiihto entry fees are rising the closer the event gets. By purchasing your Euroloppet passport, you can join the event even cheaper, except for the first price tier.
Vuokatti Hiihto will be the final event of the cross-country skiing season! Vuokatti Hiihto will take place in March at the end of week eleven. Next time Vuokatti Hiihto will be held on Saturday 14 March 2026! Registration for Vuokatti Hiihto 2026 will open soon!

The entry fees include:
The entry fee includes timekeeping, race number, commemorative medal, maintenance and grip wax services along the ski route. Showering possibilities after skiing, soup meals, equipment storage, participation in the raffle and result service. On 14 km race, the entry fee also includes bus transportation to the starting point.
Discounts:
- S-discount card -5 € (valid 16.2.-14.3.26). S- discount can be selected on the registration form. Be prepared to show your S- discount card when collecting your race number from the event office. (S- discount card is not valid for Euroloppet prices.)
- Groups at least 10 people receive a 15% discount on participation fees.

You can see the list of participants in Vuokatti Hiihto 2025 here. When registering, you can also choose the option that your name does not appear on the public participant list.
Benefits and services for ski groups
Vuokatti Hiihto is best in a group
For groups with at least ten skiers, we give a 15 % discount on the participation fees.
In addition, you can purchase the following additional services for your group:
1. Place for own service tent at the stadium
Own pit tent in the stadium area. The ski group that has purchased the pit tent has the right to ”brand” the tent/tent site itself as it wishes. For example with the company’s own marketing material. In the pit tent it is convenient to store group equipment during skiing, arrange extra catering and program for skiers arriving at the finish line, or even offer last-minute ski waxing. the pit tents along the starting straight will be noticed, so you can take advantage of the opportunity to market your business.
The price of a pit spot: 300 €/place without a tent, 600 €/place with a tent (3 x 3 m). Places are limited.
2. Food and drink service at your own tent
You can conveniently buy catering produced by Vuokatti Sport for your pit tent and thus reward the participants of your group for a great performance with a little extra. Ask more information about catering by e-mail: tapahtumat@kainuunliikunta.fi

When registering through the event website, the most common online banks and credit cards, as well as Finnish sports vouchers and their mobile applications are accepted as payment methods.
